Round resolution uses a permissionless crank — anyone can trigger the end-of-round settlement. The winning team is determined by whichever side has the higher total SOL staked. In a tie, a coin-flip resolution is used. The 1% house fee is deducted from the losing pool before proportional distribution to winners.
